Bath
All dogs are given a warm bath with natural, vegan friendly shampoos. I wash your dog twice to make sure the coat is clean!

A luxury conditioner can be added for additional softness and a small fee.

I understand some dogs don't enjoy being bathed. I closely watch their reactions to see if there is any way we can make it a more relaxing experience.
​
A complimentary nail trim and ear clean is also included with every groom.
Drying
Depending on your dog's temperament and coat type, I will either use a high-velocity dryer, a hand-dryer or towel dry. I make sure to tailor the drying method according to how your dog reacts to grooming.
I know dryers can be loud and scary (especially to puppies) so I gauge their reaction to create a calming atmosphere.
Your dog is then styled in line with the agreed consultation. The groom can take a little longer than usual as I go at your dog's pace and make sure they are comfortable with every step, and leave my care with a clean and beautiful cut.

I clean the ears with a solution, and will only pluck the inner ear hairs if your dog allows me (and if it's necessary). I check the nails, and clip or grind them if needed.
The groom is then completed with a delightful perfume spray.

Bath includes a bath, gentle blow-dry and soft brush. If necessary, I can also clean the ears and trim nails at this stage.
Bath & Tidy includes the same services as a Bath, as well as a tidy around their eyes, feet and their delicates!
